HOTEL RULES

  1. The hotel shall provide lodging for properly registered guests only. Upon arrival the guest must therefore submit a personal document (identity card or passport) to the hotel receptionist or any employee acting in that role. The identity card shall be returned to the guest immediately.

  2. Upon arrival the guests who have already been settled in must establish their credibility with the hotel card, if so required by the hotel receptionist or any employee acting in that role.

  3. In exceptional cases (room faults, etc.) the hotel reserves the right to offer guests alternative rooms, if such rooms provide equal standards to the originally reserved rooms.

  4. Based on booking information, the hotel must provide guests with lodging between 2:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. and must also keep the reservation unless agreed otherwise.

  5. If guests wish to extend their stay at the hotel, they may be transferred to another room.

  6. The guests have the right to use the hotel's services and rooms for the duration of their reserved stay. Unless agreed otherwise, the guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. of the last day of their stay. If a guest fails to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m., the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional full day of stay. In case the same room is reserved for a new guest, the hotel reserves the right to use a three-person team to move the current guest's belongings into the hotel storage room so that the room may be prepared for the new guest.

  7. Guests are not permitted to rearrange hotel furniture or to tamper with the electrical or any other installations in the hotel rooms or in the entire hotel complex without prior approval from the director or the person standing in for the director.

  8. Guests are not permitted to use any electrical devices that are not designed for personal hygiene (hair dryer, shaver, etc.) anywhere in the hotel, especially in the hotel rooms.

  9. The purpose of the hotel lobby and other hotel premises (café, restaurant, congress hall) is to receive guests. A hotel guest may receive visitors upon prior approval of the hotel staff between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m..
  10. If a guest becomes ill or is injured, the hotel must provide medical assistance or transportation to a hospital. 

  11. Before leaving the room guests must turn off the lights, faucets in the bathroom and lock the doors behind them.

  12. The hotel shall be responsible for the personal belongings and valuables of a guest (money, jewellery, etc.) only if these items have been personally delivered to the hotel staff and the hotel agreed to be responsible for keeping them safe.

  13. For reasons of safety, leaving children aged 10 or less at the hotel unattended is not appropriate.

  14. Dogs and other pets may stay at the hotel provided the owners provide proof the animals are healthy and do not present a danger to their environment. Stay prices are listed in the hotel's price list.

  15. Guests are expected to maintain night peace in the rooms between the 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m..

  16. Guests must pay the hotel services while they are staying at the hotel or on the day they leave it unless agreed otherwise beforehand.

  17. Guests must act in accordance with the regulations and house rules set forth in the guest book. Guests shall be charged for any damage they cause in accordance with the price list.

  18. Guests must register any complaints with the reception desk on the day they find them or in writing no later than eight days following their stay. Otherwise, the hotel is not obligated to take the complaint into consideration.

  19. In certain cases terms different from the ones listed in these general terms and conditions of stay may be agreed in writing.

General booking regulations

  1. Reservation and confirmation

    A reservation made by the guest is binding both for the guest, to use the hotel services according to the rules of the hotel, and the hotel to carry out its duties towards the guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed by the hotel. This agreement may be verbal or written. If the reservation is made over the phone the phone conversation counts as a written reservation. Reservation must include service details that are included in the offer, service prices, payment method and cancellation terms.

  2. Arrival and departure

    Unless agreed otherwise in advance, a guest may take a room from 2:00 p.m. onwards on the arrival day. The departure must be made by 10 o'clock in the morning. Upon arrival, the guest must present an identification document.

  3. Late arrival

    A room remains reserved until 10:00 p.m. on the day of arrival unless a different agreement has been made in advance.

  4. Cancellation of reservation and "no-show"

    • A reservation agreement is binding for both parties. Either of the parties must provide monetary compensation to the other in case they violate the agreement.

    • If the hotel incurs any kind of expense as a result of the client's cancellation of reservation, the client must pay these costs in full.

    • If the guest cancels the reservation a day before its date or does not cancel it at all (no-show) the hotel reserves the right to charge the full price for a one-night stay. 

    • If the guest cancels the reservation too late making it impossible for the hotel to give the room to another guest, the guest is charged the full price for a one-night stay.
